A1:
Twenty wrappers are required for each item that you purchase.

Both the money and the wrappers are required to get an item. The wrappers are more of a "proof of purchase".
The value of the wrapper itself is very small.
The unique Dum Dum items we have chosen for the program are of
high-quality, and are not low-cost items that could be given for
free. Therefore, it is necessary to charge a small amount for the
item.
